ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Finance Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and your payment method is authorized. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Finance Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
Once Order is confined as legitimate shipping department will then dispatch the order based on the shipping mode you selected while placing the order.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the country. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back-ordered inventory in our warehouse.
TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order have multiple products all of the Items will be shipped in one box, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. ORDER RETURN POLICY
How do I return my order on classiccreams.com?
Place a return request in the My Orders page. You will get an option to choose refund/replace/exchange as per our return policy.
How do returns work?
You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:
1. Log into your account
2. Go to My Orders
3. Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return or exchange
4. Fill in the details and raise a return request
Once you raise a request, you'll get an email / Whats app message that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved,You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the 'My Orders' section of your account.
You need to send Courier / Speed post from your end to receive Replacement / refund of you amount.
Returned products must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, all inner packing materials and other accessories and be received within 10 days of the date shipped
