5. How should I apply cream

Wash your face with soft or drinking water - dont use underground water
Apply thin layer of cream on face / desired area..dont scrub..just pat it
Wait for the cream to dry up for 1-2 hours
Go to sleep..
Once you woke up Wash your face twice again with soft / drinking water
NOTE : Before applying regularly you should do Patch test for 3-4 days by applying it on back portion of your ear
When a cream is working on skin, it may causes tingling sensations but in case of an high burning or a lot of discomfort, wash it off immediately

How do returns work?

You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:

3. Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return or exchange

4. Fill in the details and raise a return request

Once you raise a request, you'll get an email / Whats app message that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved,You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the 'My Orders' section of your account.

You need to send Courier / Speed post from your end to receive Replacement / refund of you amount.

Returned products must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, all inner packing materials and other accessories and be received within 10 days of the date shipped.
